I’ve been gushing about it for months but the Solstice party was the first time I actually made a recipe from Tamar Adler’s An Everlasting Meal. Rosemary and olive oil cake — a perfect balance of sweet and savory; delicious on its own or with marscapone cheese. Practically foolproof, too.
