The arrival of the casket of Air Force Staff Sgt. Phillip A. Myers to Dover Air Force Base late last night is the first to be recorded by the media since President Obama lifted an 18-year-old rule that banned coverage of the returns of the bodies of fallen troops.  The ban was set in place by President George H.W. Bush and then-Defense Secretary Dick Cheney.  Staff Sgt. Myers’ family gave permission to have the procession recorded.
