M.’s 35th birthday is this Saturday and he’s throwing a presidential eligibility-themed party to celebrate. Think this hat is sufficiently First Ladylike?
PS: I got it at one of my fave vintage spots in NYC. For fabulous party hats, the Vintage Thrift Shop and Hooti Couture never fail me.
