I had no idea I shared a name (almost) with a variety of chili. Exciting!
Ñoras are a key ingredient in authentic romesco sauce, one of the first sauces I mastered (it’s awesome on grilled fish and vegs). But I’ve only made it with regular ol’ chilies.
Get this Nora some ñoras, stat!
