Lori brought one fantastic cheese to our BBQ: soft and silky, assertively goaty, preserved in vegetable ash with just enough stink. I believe it’s known as Selles-sur-Cher. The cheesemonger at Stinky Bklyn assured her it would wow a crowd and wow oh wow, it did.
