The Thanksgiving potluck staging area: Cope’s Dried Sweet Corn Casserole (an iconic American food which Jane made and I’m dying to try), Julie’s pecan bourbon pie, Liz’s pumpkin bread.
Also ready to go (save for the final cooking):
- devils on horseback
- rosemary-glazed pecans
- toast with caramelized onions and goat cheese
- spicy glazed carrots
- stuffing
- parsnip, sweet potato, and apple mush
- squash pan rolls
And my big scary mama turkey is roasting away.
