Stephen Covey’s model of activities.  The upper left quadrant is, according to Robert Gass, the quadrant of leadership: the time when we communicate our vision and relentlessly pursue our purpose.  For a chronic time-waster, this is one of the most immediately useful lessons of the workshop.
It’s not an understatement to say that the week has fundamentally changed my perspective (if not my point of view).  It has definitely changed my vocabulary.  This afternoon, my dad and I had a grand time explaining triggers, meshing, and the “elevator shaft” to my friends.
