Dispatch from St. Paul:
The Republicans are in town. My sister reports that she had a near run-in with a blue pickup truck turning the wrong way out of a gas station.
“I got a look at the licence plate,” she said. “Tennessee!”
He’s joined by gas-guzzlers from Kansas, Virginia, and Indiana.
Note: I love pickups. My first car was a Ford Ranger. It voted for Nader. But then, as a Minnesota truck, it could get away with it.
