14 Ways Starbucks Has Tried to Revitalize its Brand

dihard does it again with a comprehensive assesment of Starbucks’ attempts to sustain profits — or just stay relevant — as we approach the end of a rather bleak decade.

One bit in her report set my neck hairs on edge:

… Rumors have spread that Starbucks is actually bringing the breakfast sandwich back. Apparently, they’ve been “reformulated to eliminate the ‘smell’ problem.”

Scary.
