Michael Cirino Roasted a Pig; the Gods Smiled

Once again, I cannot believe I skipped the roast. Nothing could have been more important. But of course, I didn’t know Michael then. Now that I do, I feel as though my life will never be exactly the same again. (I cooked with him and Daniel Castano on Sunday.) Michael wrote more about the roast at his blog, A Razor, A Shiny Knife.
