Today is book recommendation day! Titles that have been suggested thus far: The Chosen and The Promise by Chaim Potok We Got Fired!: … And It’s the Best Thing That Ever Happened to Us And on the subway, I noticed a woman reading A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, which I read and loved many, many years ago.  Inspired me to re-read it.
