My two loaves of Dave’s Killer Bread arrived today and they do indeed deserve the high-fallutin’ praise. Satisfyingly dense, delicately nutty, subtly sweet … and actually healthy! Praise be.

Can’t wait to slap a couple of these puppies on the panini press, spread ‘em with raw almond butter, and call it breakfast.
PS: As I always do with sliced bread, I’ll freeze both loaves and toast from frozen.
