It all goes in the big pot: roux (flour + butter), Holy Trinity (onions + green peppers + celery), okra, bacon, parsley, homemade chicken stock, homemade shellfish stock, smoked ham hocks, homemade Andouille sausage, ham shank, chicken, shrimp & crab. Plus spices, of course. Hey Mandie! No tomatoes. Just for you. ;)
