Care for a cuppa?
Studies show that small doses of caffeine throughout the day are best for cognititive functioning, far better than jolts of caffeine. And it’s even better to pair that bit of caffeine with a bit of carbohydrate.
Traditionally, the English (and the Irish) have it right: cups of tea, sometimes accompanied with a nibbly biscuit, every couple of hours.  And we Diet-Mountain-Dew-and-triple-soy-latte-guzzling Americans have it wrong.  Yeah, well, we saved their asses in WW2.
