We got a bunch of plums with our CSA share yesterday and I don’t really like them raw. (There’s something weird about the skin, right?) So I’m planning to make Cathy’s Tangy Chicken and Plum Stir-Fry for a Tracy date with Andrea tonight. Who knows, I might even go crazy and toss in some Asian eggplant.
