The thing that made me happiest was that the next day, when we had friends over for Russ & Daughters brunch and a final tearful farewell to Camp Co-Director Jane, everyone kept working at their lanyards.
“It just feels good to accomplish something,” Liz said, after she added her neon green and blue lanyard to her summery stack.
And isn’t that what camp is all about?
