It’s cocktail hour. You deserve a drink.
The Aviation:
2 parts gin (Beefeater, trust me)
1 part lemon juice
1/2 part maraschino
Shake with ice, strain, and serve in a “Nick & Nora” … or any ol’ glass that’s clean.
