Michelle Obama on Sesame Street (part 2) // via apsies
Swear to god I’m not just sayin’ this ‘cause Michelle’s been makin’ vegetables super-cool lately, but as I ate my homemade (veggie-centric) lunch at my computer today, I dared myself to answer the question, “If you had to eat ONE veggie for the rest of your life, which would it be?”
I thought and I thought … I weighed my options, the seasons, the pros, the cons … and … I couldn’t do it. I can’t pick which of my children I love the best! And then — swear to god! — I thought, “I’d give up chocolate before I give up vegetables.”
Swear to god.
