Top Chef episode 4: one classy TV dinner.

Oysters; monkfish with almonds, Moroccan spices, and orange jus; sauteed spinach; fennel and apple puree with fennel sauce. Paired with a 2010 Domaine Corsin Saint-Véran.

I’m sure you can guess which one of us was behind this.

* Technically, this was a Work of Art dinner: our friend-and-house-guest arrived as Top Chef was starting.
