Mark Bittman’s No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake Bars were one of my favorite things about summer 2008. Easy, fast, and so, so delicious. They’d be perfect for a 4th of July barbecue — maybe add sliced strawberries for a red-white-and-blue theme?
