A little house-and-barn envy never hurt anyone, right? Kate’s townhouse in Cottage Hill is as elegant as it is comfortable, and she does it all on the budget of a young married couple. (M. said, “This makes me want to move to Brooklyn.” Uh, you and what $2 million?) The Holsts’ trio of little red barns is picture-perfect.  And wouldn’t you love to find out what’s behind that iron gate?
