Yesterday I had a most delightful treat (especially for a drizzly Monday): an elegant lunch at Balthazar with Mr. Will Hutson, aka hipsterdiet, aka one of my oldest and dearest Tumblr friends. We go way back to early ‘08. Which in Internet years is more than two decades. (They are roughly equivalent to I Has a Hotdog years.) Salade Niçoise. 08.23.2010, 2 pm. Spring Street. PS: If he didn’t catch up with you on this visit please understand it was a quickly-planned and jam-packed weekend, and he made the mistake of asking me for spa recommendations so I exacted my price (lunch). No fighting over the nice gentleman, ladies!
